In the concrete to the volunteers it will be asked to participate in active way in the different circles operativ of the Cooperative: ·daily services: office, cleanings of the places; ·help in the organization of the activity: socialhousing, retrieval information, creation of database, reception in Casa a Colori; ·help in the administrative activities: material preparation for the partners, promotion of the activity of the Cooperative, promotion of the activities of fund raising; ·share to the activities developed in collaboration with other corporate body and cooperatives: the volunteer will help the operators in the preparation of the meetings, of the material and in the promotion of the same; ·the volunteer will be involved in the activities that the cooperative organizes for promoting its own activities ; ·in base to the curiosity, the wish, and in accord with the operators of the Cooperative, the volunteers are guests to propose activity over whether to follow specific projects.
The operators that work in Cooperative, will support the service of the volunteers, with the objective to create together an informative
run that allows the acquisition of determined level of personal autonomy, so that the competences and the acquired
knowledges can also be used to the return in his/her own Country of origin;
To be able to entertain voluntary from other States will allow an opening toward cultures and different habits from those which
we have accustomed, developing so the ability of integration and intercultural exchange.
To the volunteers it will be asked to participate to the formative meetings to learn the bases of the Italian language and
subsequently to the formative meetings aimed to give them the knowledges and the useful information to develop the activities
inside the Cooperative.
The Volunteer will be dealt for a maximum with 30 hours the week, with established schedules with the proper tutor of week in
week in base to the activities and in base to possible particular
demands of the volunteer. All these activities are thought with
the objective to help the Volunteer to improve his/her own competences and to acquire new. They will be not besides a source
for the close examination of the formal and informal learning.
Considered the suitable activities and in reference to the Competences key pointed out by the European Committee used for
the compilation of the Youthpass, the volunteer has the possibility to develop particularly the following competences:
·the continuous stimulus which the volunteer will be submitted becomes an useful tool to develop the abilities of formal and not
formal learning.
·thanks to the relationship with the consumers, with the different operators and with the partners of the cooperative it will
develop a mutual exchange of knowledges and competences. (development of the social and interultural competences ).
·the direct contact with a different culture and with associations of
other Countries of the European union will allow to increase
the perception to be citizen of Europe and not only of his/her own Country. (development of the civic competences).
·spurred to propose activity or initiatives in base to his/her
abilities and his/her interests, the volunteer can develop his/her
initiative.
·above all to the beginning of their experience, The volunteers, making lever on his/her own creativeness, they will be able to
find different tools to be able to communicate in the new environment, sees her/it
·thanks to the daily dialogue with mother tongue people and to the formative meetings the volunteer can learn a new language.
At the same time it will be asked him/her to speak his/her language with whom the same ones studying (linguistic tandem), with
possible foreign consumers of the cooperative or to develop some promotional material in his/her mother language.
(Development of the linguistic Competences).
·Helping the operators in the administrative duties for the management of the projects of the cooperative, the volunteer will
have the opportunity to know the formalities of management widening her own knowledges. (development of the mathematical /
administrative Competences).
· Through the use of the different tools computer envoys to disposition, the volunteer can put in field his/her own knowledges
and at the same time to learn new functions.(development of the computer competences).
The principal qualities that we seek an one volunteer are the spirit of
adaptation, the flexibility regarding the situations that can
be introduced him, but above all the desire to play a new role, to be in contact with the others. We seek a Volunteer that
knows how to transmit enthusiasm, that knows how to interact empathetically with the others, how much important is that
/he/she have the awareness that is found to contact with people that are living a situation of uneasiness.
To a first contact through the dispatch of a curriculum vitae and of a letter of introduction, it will follow a more deepened
selection effected through a direct correspondence with the volunteer by mail and with the association of dispatch and if
necessary through telephone conversation.
