A. Project environment: profile of the organisation and local community
" Outline the project environment for the suggested voluntary activities, including the local community where the project will take place (e.g. geographical, social and economical environment).
The projectmostly will perfrom in the Disabled Care Center of Osmangazi Municipality. The Disabled Care Center is first center in Bursa.The Disabled Care Center designed for disabled requirement.Daily of 14 disabled care in this center.
The project is done in Osmangazi which is the one of three central district in Bursa.Osmangazi population is over 750.000. The terriotory has a developing industry.Also in Osmangazi,there are several cultural activities, which could provide a better enviroment for its citizens to develop thier social life.So Osmangazi district is an important are for social-cultural activites.
" If the host placement is located in a live-in community, please include the rules and conditions that apply also for the volunteers.
The target group is the disabled who cannot care themselves alone.So vounteers muct consider about to work with people who;
- has less abilities in his/her mental and phsical acitivites,
- Does not have act in social life without any helper ,
- Has lower lever in speaking and communication skills,
- has not a normal behaviour for any lifer response

B. Proposed activities for EVS volunteers

It is provided that to have experience and opportunities to know about the daily care of the disabled and technical information about the disabled needed in the project.
The volunteers take place in the activities of cleaning,feeding,social caring,and educational programme during the project.These actions will be served to volunteers with social acitivities amd local volunteers,specialist of disabled,and doctors too.

The volunteers help of disabled in the process of socialization.The volunteers are working in center of disabled.

The volunteers;
- To take the information about the disabled and his/her in to the computer.
- To help specailist in the center.
- To provide help for the health,and social needs..

Include information on how you ensure an open and transparent recruitment process as well as the overall accessibility of EVS to all young people. Consider further information about the type of sending organisation you want to cooperate with. This information can help the match-making between volunteer candidates, sending organisations and your organisation.
The most and important criteria is to volunteers have a desire to work with disabled,to help in daily,to teach the disabled with some activities to integrate them in social life.The volunteers should be awareness of working with disabled.

If your placements are open to hosting volunteers with fewer opportunities, please provide information about the competence, experience and infrastructure and (human or other) resources available in your organisation to accommodate and support them.

E. Risk prevention, safety and protection
Please describe how you will guarantee a safe living and working environment for the EVS volunteers, how you will prevent risks and crises and how - in the case of EVS volunteers aged 16 or 17 - you ensure appropriate supervision, child safety and protection.
