Organiser provides: First of all - interesting and socially useful
activities! Besides: single/one double room in the Foundation\'s building
1 min from the Baltic Sea, living + pocket money, e-ticket for the whole
3city transportation each month, Polish lessons twice a week in the place
of living, internal training, coordinator\'s, psychologist\'s and
mentor\'s support, AXA insurance, European Youth Card, travel covered.
And... a company of six positive, nice and helpful EVS volunteers,
friendly, family atmosphere as well!

This is EVS project for 9 month. Volunteer will work in our Foundation
that is active since 1989 and cooperate with adult mentally disabled
people, mainly through art therapy. Tasks for the volunteer:
THREE WORKSHOPS IN GDAŃSK:
- help us to lead artistic workshops at three places of Foundation
(ceramics, wood-free paper, various technic and painting workshops),
- help us to organise workshops for the people mentioned above such as:
art, photo, musical, drama, journalistic, linguistic, natural word
workshops also during their free time,
- help us to assist the disabled people during every day and sporting
activities (swimming, horse riding, football etc.),
- provide organisational support and participate in various events such
as: open days, picnics, integration meetings,
- provide organisational support and participate in charity events,
- support us during two-week rest visit to Denmark (September 2010),
SPECIFICLY IN THE NEW CENTRE:
- help us to lead various activities on new Foundation premises (nice
place close to the sea) both for children and young people from this
district and for adult disabled people also in the cooperation with other
local organisations,
- be responsible for the coordination of the new art gallery in the Centre
for Integration and Education with disabled people,
- be responsible for coordination of the new training&event room,
- help us to arrange and decorate the new Foundation premises,
- do some cleaning and gardening jobs in the Centre
- preparing media and marketing materials (pictures, presentations, films,
leaflets, posters) of EVS and Foundation actions.
