* Assisting in corresponding with outgoing short term volunteers through work camp placement: giving them the information about hosting partner organizations, helping them to make camp choices, way of travel, making requests for place reservations and especially in keeping daily contacts with partners, promotion of work camps;
* To impulse and present international programmes for the young people, popularizing various possibilities for youth mobility and intercultural programmes;
* Promoting of Youth in Action programme in general, but putting emphasis on EVS, to young people in Sremski Karlovci, Novi Sad and Vojvodina region;
* Communication with international partners;
* Helping the staff and other volunteers in planning, development, setting in motion and evaluation of the learning, voluntary and activist support programmes for youth in existing Youth Club of Sremski Karlovci (SKOK), making activities such as various workshops, leisure and free time activities, volunteer actions, projects implementation, youth information centre, mobility of youth, cooperation with local Youth office and other similar national and international organizations, taking part in meeting and events of the Club...;
