The volunteers will have the possibility to learn many and different things. The volunteers will be guide long all the time of the EVS from the Mentor and from all the persons that will work in the Kindergarten and in the host organization. They will have the possibility to help in the kindergarten work and teaching team and with the time to develop their own ideas always with the collaboration of the team of the kindergarten. The volunteers will have the possibility to learn the follow competence during all the time of the Service.
Learn to use Italian language and the culture of this part of Italy and also of the other Volunteers that will be working at the same time in the EVS project.
Develop capacity of working team in a Multicultural Environment through the work with the other EVS Volunteers and with the other youngster of the local community.
Run of the Youth Centre located in the village.
Capacity of realization of events and activity also connected with other action of the "Youth in Action" Program.
Make the volunteers totally feel involved in the local community and let his/her feel the importance of his/her work in the contribute of forming a European Community.

This experience will give to the volunteers some important experience in social, intercultural, personal and technical skills and will help the youngster in his/her future working and social life when he/she will be back in his/her country.
The role of the EVS volunteers will be to help the staff of the kindergarten that will be always providing support to them. In the kindergarten they will bring the news things coming from their country like methodology, culture and game within their project and the local community. The volunteers will work also in the Youth Centre of Cinigiano where he/she will share his/her knowledge and create a European Environment for make all the youngsters know about all the opportunity that Europe offers them.
The tasks of each volunteer will be also coordinate with his/her personal capacity need and expectative because we want a happy volunteer that are working is something that they like to do.
In the kindergarten the volunteers will have the possibility of work in contact with the child of our community and to help them in growing in a Multicultural and Multilanguage environment. They will have the possibility to organize outdoor activity and game that come from their culture and to make feel the child a bit more European. They will help in the realization of small workshop for the child where they will show a bit more which is their culture, from where they come from in the way they will prefer. Drawing work, theatre or which form they would like. And will take around 25% of the team work.
In the Youth Centre they will have almost all the other working time.
Here they will divide the time in many other parts.
1.They will make promotion of all the youth initiative(around 10% of the time) that Europe offer to all the youngest and to explain how these work and how they can take part in such initiative though explanation that they will realize with the support of the Mentor and all the organization team and with an important technology support. They will speak of the personal experience they have and how is the feeling and the perception they have about Europe now and in general of from their country.
2.Other 25% of the time will take them involve in learning computer software from which they will realize educational material, like website, cd and other interactive material that will be spread all around our Province. They will realize also cultural web site where they will show what the Province of Grosseto is and the village where they live, they will show the entire beauty places presents in this Province that goes from the Mountain until the sea all in the Multilanguage website.
3. Time for learn. The volunteers will have the possibility to organize seminary and small lesson time where they will share their knowledge between them and also the youngest of the local community. For realize this important learning time they will have a computer room. (Time 20%) We'll use all open source material that is the future of the new technology so that we will not have cost about licence for software and will be all legal.

4. Organize and develop of "YIA" Activity. The volunteers will help the host organization in the realization of other activity like Youth Exchange and connected with the Youth in Action Program and the youth initiative.(time 10%). They will have the possibility to realize also some ideas from their mind and to can realize seminary about which topic they will prefer will the help of the Mentor that will help in all the step of the realization.

5. The rest of the time the volunteers will take part in promotion of their activity through also travelling in our other club all around our Province especially in the summer time. And of course they will have also to take care of the Youth Centre and of their house, to take all in order and clean.
A small example of a time table can be from Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. The first two hours of help in the Kindergarten and the other 4 hours of work in the Youth Centre of Cinigiano.
They will have two days for week free almost always in the weekend but could happen that some activity will take the volunteers active in the weekend. In this case they will free holiday the first day will be possible. They will have in Christmas and the Easter time two weeks of holiday for go back home or for travel around Italy or where ever they like.

Our project is open to all the persons. The only thing we ask is to be persons with a strong passion in learning everything they can. In this experience they will learn many things from many different points of view. They will be involved in the creations of web page till the work with youngster. And even work with child.
People interested in learning Italian language and Italian culture and in particular Tuscany culture our style of life and traditions that we have.
People who are motivated in make Voluntary work without the logic of have something back.
The Voluntary house is something like a family where the Volunteers are working, living, cooking, studying and enjoying the free time together.
The volunteers will be choosing all from different place, different background, different knowledge, different culture, different language, and different sex and economics conditions. So at the end of the project we will have mixed so different persons that all will feel citizen of Europe or the world.
We will look of persons interested in work with new technology.
Choose of the future Volunteers will be done also with the help of the old Volunteers and all the team local team involve in the project.
