EVS opportunity in Ireland for a social center
The volunteer will work with Helmut and Irmtraud, a retired German couple, who manage the Pilgrim Lodge as a centre for community, culture, art and spirituality as part of Aisling Árann.
The Pilgrim Lodge volunteer will
be asked to commute by bicycle on four days a week to the Pilgrim Lodge
which is about 3 miles from ‘An Charraig’. A bicycle will be provided.
The work will be varied and may include any or all of the activities that form part of the other volunteers tasks.
These tasks could be gardening, building and maintenance, office and hospitality work. Helmut will be the supervisor and Irmtraud the mentor of this volunteer.
