Multimedia project in Slovenia is looking for EVS volunteers
Main goals of the project and tasks of volunteer are: - leading of 2 new multimedia projects, - cooporating in desinging of MM content on our web site, - tapeing of 5 short documentary films about bigger projects of our organization - cooporating in short experimental movie, - being part of workshops for art and reportage photographing
Criteria
Have ambitions in tapeing films, photographing, web site arrangeing (Multi media in general)With the project we would like to contribut in establishing of our multi media center, so the project will have multimedia theme.
The typical cases of volunteer activity would therefore be: helping the informators in the day center, help with the organization and execution of workshops for the youth, help with execution and organization of sport events,…
The volunteers will have the possibility to use their own ideas for projects, organizing and executing them, which will improve their leadership and organizational skills. They will also learn several communication skills through work with youths and improve their knowledge of the Slovene language.
In the youth center, we place stress on team work. We will emphasize work in groups with volunteers, as well as other participants. Constructive exchanges of opinions will also raise the chance to create a creative dialogue, which will help with better social integration and strengthen the chance of active (state and EU) participation in society. We also organize many workshops that will help the volunteer to acquire additional practical skills, which will be helpfull in everyday life.
