The mission of the "Prosperous Moldova” public association is to improve the quality of life of the population through the promotion of European values and principles and the development of the cooperation between Moldova and the EU. To achieve these goals, “Prosperous Moldova” focuses its activities in the following areas:

- Program for children and young people, youth sector;
- EU Information;
- Cross- border cooperation;
- Advisory, consulting and translation services;
- Program for promotion and protection of human rights;

"Prosperous Moldova” is a not for profit cultural association that acts at Regional, National and European level. Since 2008 the association aims to build and raise a concrete and wide awareness on the European Union, by circulating information, boosting social dialogue and developing formal and informal training. Its main objective is to improve knowledge as well as the exchange of good practices with the purpose of promoting European integration processes through research, studies, public initiatives and projects.

EVS Program “Youth as Main Power of Sustainable Development in Europe” is implementing in Moldova starting from 2008.

Through the EVS, we believe it's a great chance to give a wider horizon about the different ways and possibilities for a young person to express him/herself

Volunteer profiles:

Volunteer will have a possibility to spend time in partner organizations, together with its members and local youth.
We would like to have a volunteer which is active and friendly to the young people he/she should know how to deal with them. Another important thing is also creativity working with children.
Also he/she will have free time.
The selection of volunteer will be made by hosting organisation responsible persons.
Volunteer will have tutor and mentor.

Volunteer will also have the possibility to learn or improve:
- conducing of seminars, informational campaigns etc
- skills of planning of the work time and realization abilities in the short term of time
- abilities in working in a team
- communication skills
- learning to lean ability
- knowledge about different cultures and languages
- new working skills and knowledge
- sense of initiative, as our volunteers are encouraged to propose new ideas for all kind of activities
- evaluation of the experiences he/she has had
- the skills of the practical work (housework of the villagers, ecological projects etc.)
