Youth with disadvantages and disabilities, who needs support in the integration in to the working field in Austria
The organization is an educational, private organisation for youth with disadvantages and disabilities, who needs support in the integration in to the working field in Austria. The youth have a chance to learn job skills ( jobtraining in various fields for example: woodworking, catering etc.), life skills and also get a great deal of training in social interaction with others. The main aim of the organization is to accompany disadvantaged youth on their first steps to a fullfilling jobexperience and a chance to gain self suficiency for an independent life.
The volunteer would be responsible
for the development in different sports and art projects for the youths
in their training in BAZ.
The volunteer has a chance to work with a multi-professional team
in the assistance work and project work in the PPD (Psychological,
Pedagogical team) and will take part in the monthly meetings.
We also offer the volunteer a possibility to work in the job
training of the youth in the different fields: catering and cooking,
woodworking, metalwork, housekeeping, gardening and painting.
The volunteer will also be involved in the teaching setting of the
youths in life skills, teaching projects ect. Open-minded, motivated to
work with disabled
