Cat de "bine" se lucreaza cu asigurarea AXA

De peste 1 luna ma LUPT (si nu e metaforic) cu cei de la AXA sa imi rezolve o greseala din formularul AXA pentru un voluntar care se afla deja in stagiu si nu stiu ce sa mai fac.
Cand am completat asigurarea EU, da EU am gresit completarea formularului, am scris datele organizatie hosting la cele de sending. Am deschis un tiket catre ei in care le explicam care e situati si le ceream sa opereze modificarea, cu _nesimtire_ mi-au inchis tiketul cu Resolved si mi-au raspuns

By the way, pentru cei care nu stiti, un ticket deschi de voi se inchide _tot de voi_ si nu de ei!!! 

Am deschis un nou ticket, in care le-am "explicat"  cum se lucreaza cu ticketurile si le ceream totusi sa imi opreze modificarile ca sa finalizez asigurarea (ultima faza trimiterea pe fax)

First of all I was surprised to see that you closed the TICKET with resolved when actually it WAS NOT RESOLVED. I thought the the beneficiary, that actually posted the request has to close the ticket with resolved not the other way around OR at least to wait for confirmation.
Please read _all message_ carefully and see what is the problem. I do not understand how is it possible to miss the _only_ 4 lines that I wrote!
I requested 4 fields to be updated A05A, A05B, A06A and A06B to this ( see below the previous message)

Dincolo de depresonificarea constanta pe care sincer nu o apreciez.... mi se cere cumva sa trimit un document gresit cu date false, pe care eu si voluntarul semenez ca fiind reale? Cred ca are asta un nume in codul penal, la fel si ce face tanti....
